Figurines
In progress
Figures, pets, and mascots can be seen as a tool to show how we feel or what we want to be like. They are tools of projection, often happy, strong, or showcasing other kinds of possitive emotions. Figurines look into subtle sensations and the other ones that are a part of our existence.

Soft Infrastructure
Commissioned by the Biennale di Venezia as part of their College program, Soft Infrastructure is a collaborative project with Jaakko Heikkilä.
It presents a system of erosion control that utilizes common reed, an abundant resourse available along many shores. By using reed, the project aims to reduce excess nutrients from water bodies while offering protection for erosion-prone hillsides, making it possible for local flora to recover.
The installation is part of the main exhibition in the 19th International Architecture Exhibition.

Artefact
A 3d printed cube with handmade beads encapsulated within its structure. As the machine moves layer by layer, the craftsperson learns the hypnotic pattern of the machine, and arranges the beads in the structure. After hours, the machine has closed the structure and started a new one, letting the craftsperson proceed with new beads.
